Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You'll be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items in Transit
If your purchase is still in transit with the courier, we will raise a return request with them, but this can take up to 30 days from the time of request.
Refund Process
Please email us at info@rebelandchain.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with the return address and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty/damaged/misdescribed items: We will cover return shipping costs or arrange collection.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the right to a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For faulty or misdescribed items, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us at info@rebelandchain.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange the return at our expense.
